Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, October 22, 2018 <br /> Page 21 <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, changing Table 1006-1, Brewery under Office <br /> Business Park from Conditional to Not Permitted. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember McGehee asked how a distinction is made between a distillery <br /> and a brewery;. if it is the same volume of product, then what is different. <br /> Councilmember Etten stated that is a fine question and open to the same thing. <br /> He stated a distillery could be massive, so it could be changed as well. <br /> Councilmember McGehee indicated she would like both brewery and distillery to <br /> be NP (Not Permitted)uses in the Office Business Park. <br /> Councilmembers Etten and Willmus accepted the friendly amendment. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if`tasting room' should be changed to `cocktail room' in all in- <br /> stances. <br /> City Attorney Gaughan did not believe there was a tasting room definition under <br /> State Law, but he did not have the entire Statute at the meeting. He would rec- <br /> ommend changing `tasting room' to `cocktail room.' <br /> Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1566 (Attach- <br /> ment C) entitled, "Amending §1001.10 (Definitions) §1009.02 (Conditional Use- <br /> Specific Criteria) and Table 1006-1 of the Roseville City Code," with the change <br /> made through previous motions as well as the technical changes made. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Laliberte liked the changes the Council made along the way and <br /> felt it works. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, enactment of Ordinance Summary No. 1566 <br /> (Attachment D) entitled, 'An Ordinance Amending §1001.10 (Definitions) Table <br />
