Receive September CTV Report <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, receiving September CTV Report. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> f. Adopt a Fair Housing Policy <br /> Removed for Council consideration <br /> 10. Council & City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mr. Trudgeon stated November 9, 2018 the City Council needs to convene to canvass the <br /> General election which will occur at 12:00 p.m. He asked if there will be a quorum. <br /> The Council acknowledged there will be a quorum. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon reviewed future meeting agenda items with the City Council. <br /> 11. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br /> Councilmember Etten noted one of the HREIC Youth Commissioners and Roseville High <br /> School Aver Iverson won the State Cross Country meet. <br /> Mayor Roe believed Youth Commissioner Iverson won the State Essay Contest as well. <br /> Mayor Roe reminded the public there is an election on Tuesday, November 6th <br /> 12. Adjourn <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adjournment of the meeting at approximately 7:58 p.m. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br />
