Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the special meeting of the Roseville City Council at approx- <br /> imately 12:00 p.m. (Voting and Seating Order: Willmus, Etten,McGehee, Laliberte and <br /> Roe). Also present was City Manager Trudgeon. <br /> 2. Canvass Roseville Municipal General Election <br /> City Manager Trudgeon presented the results contained in the abstract of votes cast for <br /> the General Election held on November 6, 2018. Councilmember Etten moved, Coun- <br /> cilmember McGehee seconded to declare the candidates Wayne Groff and Robert <br /> Willmus elected to the Roseville City Council and declare candidate Dan Roe elected <br /> as Mayor. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe <br /> Nays: None <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilmember Willmus thanked those who participated in the election for the positive <br /> tone of the campaigns. Councilmember Laliberte commented on the issue that had oc- <br /> curred with the accuracy of the results posted on the website. Mayor Roe noted the high <br /> level of participation in the municipal election — possibly being a record in the city of <br /> Roseville. <br /> 3. Adjourn <br /> Councilmember Willmus moved, Councilmember Laliberte seconded, adjournment of <br /> the meeting at approximately 12:03 p.m. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe <br /> Nays:;. None <br /> Motion carried. <br />
