The Clerk read the notice posted on ,J1Üy 22nd, 19)~b in three places it: the 'Jillage pert¡Üning to the rezoning of the following described }:œoperty: Beginning at the intersection of Iveët line of N.P. nailroad,R/W, theDce SOllth on Sect.line 260.50 feet, thence Southeasterl;y 721 feet to Snelling Curve, thence North anè Horthwesterly along Snelling Curve to H.P. Hailroad R/W. thence West along nailroad R/V/. to the Qoint of beginning,in Lot 29,Block 23,Sect.lO,T.29,R.23. from Farm District to Industrial District. As no one appeared for or against the rezoning,Membrez moved,seeonded by Harilmersten to rezone the above propert:r from FaDm to Industrial District,Roll Call:A;;.'es-(;:;),Nays-(O). Mrs Simon appeared again with the req~est to grade a 30 ft.road from Lexington Ave,West.The general feeling of the Council was thet the grading should be paid by the benefited property owners.
