Regular City Council Meeting Monday, December 3,2018 Page 23 Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approving a benefit increase beginning January 1, 2019 of$0.98 per month, per year of service, for RFRA pensioners selecting the monthly benefit option and an increase of$98.00 per year of service for those RFRA pensioners selecting the lump sum payment benefit in accordance with Resolution 10442. Approve Fire Department Risk Management Contract Etten moved, McGehee seconded, authorizing the City Manager to enter into con- tract with Integrated Loss Control (ILC) and the City of Roseville for training and consolation services in the amount of$5,160.00. Approve 3100 Old Highway 8 Public Improvement contract Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approving the Public Improvement Contract for the development at 3100 Old Highway 8. Approve Resolution Revocation CSAH Designation and Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement for Roselawn Avenue Etten moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11563 (Attachment A) entitled, "Resolution Concurring with Ramsey County Revocation of County State Aid Highway Status for Roselawn Avenue, CSAH 26, Between the West Right of Way of State Highway 280 to Fulham Avenue and Requesting the Juris- dictional Transfer of the Roadway Segment to the City of Roseville."
