<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Tuesday, February 13, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Cushman, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Rog. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8548 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />NOS. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 19, AND ST-90-11 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement Nos. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 19 and ST-90-11 consisting <br />of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />storm sewer, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances <br />on all that property abutting Heinel Drive from South Owasso Boulevard <br />to cul-de-sac, South Owasso Boulevard from Heinel Drive to Dale Street, <br />and Heinel Circle from Heinel Drive to cul-de-sac as described in the <br />Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $425,020.79, and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City <br />Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine <br />to cancel said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, <br />Johnson, and Cushman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
