Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 7:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Etten, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attor- <br /> ney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Laliberte indicated she will have a question on Item 9c. <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Approve Public Works 2019 Work Plan <br /> Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer Jesse Freihammer briefly high- <br /> lighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related attachments dated January 14, <br /> 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if it is going to be entirely pavement painting or will there be <br /> some bump-outs on the curbs on the mid-block crossing on Old Highway 8 at <br /> Sand Castle Park. <br /> Mr. Freihammer stated a center island will be installed and will act as a traffic <br /> calming measure as the speeds that were measured two years ago are pretty high <br /> for that road. <br /> Councilmember Groff asked if the curb cut was designed for handicap accessibil- <br /> ity. <br />
