(PF18-022) Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11568 entitled, "A Resolution Approving the Proposed Subdivision Variance and Preliminary Si- monsen Estates Plat of the Residential Property at 2600 Hamline Avenue." Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Groff, Etten, Laliberte and Roe. Nays: None. 1. Approve Contract with North Suburban Access Corporation for Professional Video Services. Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, authorizing the City Manager and Mayor to en- ter into the agreement with NSAC for video production services and broadcasting of city meetings. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Groff, Etten, Laliberte and Roe. Nays: None. 10. Council & City Manager Communications,Reports, and Announcements City Manager Trudgeon reviewed the upcoming January 14th and January 28th City Council meeting agendas and the January 14th EDA meeting agenda with the City Coun- cil. 11. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings Councilmember Willmus stated when the Council is talking with their peers at the Coun- ty, in the past there has been discussion about County Road C with three lanes and con- figurations. He would like a little bit of background from the County on conversations the County might have had with respect to Larpenteur Avenue and looking at that three- lane configuration on there as well. Mr. Trudgeon indicated there has been some discussion on that over the years. He indi- cated he would get the Council the full update on that. 12.
