Roseville Maintenance Facility Report Site Studies & Size Recommendations 102617.13 The existing maintenance facility and yard are bound by the Roseville Fire Departmentto the east, the Roseville Police Department and City Hall parking lotto the South, the Roseville Skating Center and parking to the west, and by Woodhill Drive to the north. This fully developed site limits the size of the yard. Expanding the existing yard would require major relocations of either parking, roads, or buildings. Based on the long-term needs of the Roseville Maintenance Facility, the limitations of the existing site, and the projected size of a newfacility, it is recommended that the future Roseville Maintenance Facility be located on a site ranging from 10 -acres to 12 -acres.
