Scheme B involves a 7,800 SF vehicle storage <br />•• <br />• — addition to the southwest corner of the existing <br />garage. This Scheme also depicts an additional 9,200 <br />4////////I FF SF of Mezzanines and includes the mezzanines <br />described in Scheme A. <br />Scheme B removes the southwest corner exterior <br />walls and Meter Shop to provide a drive lane to the <br /><�, SW addition. Vehicles can enter through the same <br />r' `A garage doors and exit through a new driveway to the <br />south. The SW Addition would accommodate pick-up trucks and small equipment storage on <br />grade and winter storage in the mezzanine. <br />Scheme B would infill 2 filtration ponds that the City restored and replanted from 2016 to 2017 <br />for the sum of $50,000. The filtration ponds would need to be replaced by an underground <br />storm water system.
