<br />Schemes A, B, C & D propose progressively larger additions to the existing site. The additions enlarge the
<br />vehicle storage and mezzanine space. In terms of circulation and cost efficiency, each addition adds less

<br />Scheme E is included in the comparison above. This final option explores moving the Maintenance
<br />Facility to a new site and is outlined in the next section of this report. Many opportunities exist in
<br />building or purchasing a new building. Vehicle stalls can be efficiently designed into the spacing of
<br />structural columns. Modern vehicle sizes and radii can be accommodated. With the right site, future
<br />expansion can be planned in the original building design.
