The additions enlarge the <br />vehicle storage and mezzanine space. In terms of circulation and cost efficiency, each addition adds less <br />and detracts more from the existing design. This final option explores moving the Maintenance <br />Facility to a new site and is outlined in the next section of this report. Many opportunities exist in <br />building or purchasing a new building. Vehicle stalls can be efficiently designed into the spacing of <br />structural columns. Modern vehicle sizes and radii can be accommodated.
