NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the TIF Plans for the TIF District and <br /> Subdistrict are hereby amended to remove the described parcels, and the Housing and Economic <br /> Development Program Manager is authorized and directed to notify the County Auditor thereof <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 4, clause(e). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Willmus, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Groff, Etten <br /> and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 556348v1 MNI RS275-16 <br />
