EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of February, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog, and the following were absent: Johnson. Member Cushman introduced the attached resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8545 RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND TAKING OFFICIAL ACTION WITH RESPECT THERETO AND INDICATING PRELIMINARY INTENT TO ASSIST THE FINANCING OF THE PROJECT PURSUANT TO THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT See attached for body of resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
