31 In order to continue the on-going metering study staff is proposing to extend this agreement and <br />32 study into 2019. Attached is a proposal from SEH, Inc. whichincludes the same tasksfrom 2018 <br />33 for this upcoming year. The proposal includes a not-to-exceed amount of $15,200. In order to <br />34 collect enough data to determine trends as well as to account for seasonal variations in rainfall, <br />35 staff proposes to continue this study for another three years. In total this would provide the City <br />36 with five years’ worth of flow data. <br />37 P OLICY O BJECTIVE <br />38 Staff plans and recommends the timely replacement of infrastructure to provide continuous <br />39 uninterrupted sanitary sewer service to all properties in Roseville. Staff seeks to find the most <br />40 cost-effective purchasing opportunities to meet budgetary and operational objectives. <br />41 B UDGET I MPLICATIONS <br />42 The cost for this improvement will be funded by the Sanitary Sewer Utility fund. For 2019 there <br />43 is $100,000 identified in the CIP for I/Ireduction.
