Attachment D <br />February 26, 2019 <br />Roseville Fire Relief Association <br />Attn: David Breen, President <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />R <br />E: Separation from Active Service Exception Determination Notice as Referenced in <br />Minnesota Statute 424A.015 <br />Dear President Breen: <br />On February 25, 2019 the Roseville City Council, the municipal governing body of the Roseville <br />Fire Department, has determined pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 424A.015, that Fire Chief <br />Timothy O’Neill’s experience with and service to the Roseville Fire Department in his full-time <br />capacity would be difficult to replace.
