Mueller moved, <br />seconded by Pothen to create a Municipal Liquor account and that $2øoo.OO be <br />transferred from the General Fund to the Municipal Liquor account.Roll Call:Ayes <br />(5),Nays-(0). <br /> <br />Mueller moved,seconded by Hammersten that the insurance covering: <br />Blanket Position Bond, Money & Securities Broad Form policy, Open stock burglar,y <br />Village Clerk's bond,Public Liability, Fire and Extended Coverage <br />be placed with the Fidelity and Casualty Insurance Co. for the approx.annual cost <br />of $285.00. Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(O). <br /> <br />Hammersten moved,seconded by Carlson to hire a clerk for the sale of liquor at the <br />store located at 631 West L2%'penteur at the starting salary of $175.00 per month. <br />Roll Call:Ayes-(5),N~s-(0). <br /> <br />Hammersten moved,seconded by Carl.on to hire Frank Weinholzer as clerk for the <br />Municipal Liquor Store,starting time to be decided b,y the clerk.Roll Call:Jyes- <br />(5),Nays-(0). <br /> <br />J¡. Dellwood Heights plat was submitted. Membrez moved,seconded by Carlson to accept <br />plat on the condition that Merrill Street be run straight South to eo.Rd.B instead <br />jogging to the East approx. 262 feet north of Co.Rd.B. This in lieu of Fernwood Ave <br />running through to Co.Rd.B.
