Public Comment Invited <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes of the March5, 2019 Meeting <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of March5, 2019. Please be prepared to <br />approve/amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of March 5, <br />2019. <br /> <br />4. Introduction and Oath of Office for New Commission Members <br />Joseph Arneson, Daryl Brown and David-Todd Dahlstrom were appointed to the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission by the City Council on Monday, March 25, 2019. <br />Chair Baggenstoss will officially swear them in. We welcome them to the <br />Commission and thank them for their interest in Roseville Parks and Recreation. <br />Requested Commission Action: Welcome to Commissioners Arneson, Brown and <br />Dahlstrom and introduction of all Commissioners. <br /> <br />5. Recreation Review Including Summer Program & Rosefest <br />As possible, throughout the year and seasons, various staff members will plan to <br />attend your meeting periodically to discuss what is going on in their particular area <br />and gather your thoughts and feedback. <br /> <br />This month, Lauren Deal, Recreation Superintendent and Gina Robinette, <br />Recreation Supervisor will be at the meeting to provide you with an overview of the <br />recreation areas, upcoming summer program offerings and Rosefest. <br />Requested Commission Action: Review, update, provide feedback. <br />6. Park Dedication Review and Recommendation – 2433 County Road B West <br />Included in your packet is a proposal for a 7 lot development at 2433 County Road B <br />West. More specifically, it includes 6 townhomes and 1 outlot. <br /> <br />The entire proposal includes 7 lots on 1.04 acres. One lot already exist with 6 new <br />lots being created. <br /> <br />The project qualifies for Park Dedication. The cash amount for the 6 additional lots <br />would be $24,000 ($4,000 per additional lot).The land amount would be 10% of 1.04 <br />acres or .10 acre. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
