The question of opening up another off sale <br />liquor store at Rice st. and County Road "c" Mr.Moore is in the process of <br />remodeling his store in that corner and could provide a space of appr. 12' X <br />20' in size which would be ample for the operation of an "off sale" store. <br />~r.Moore stated to Mr.HæR~ersten that he would build shelving in that space <br />and that the rent will be $50.00 per month.
