Arbor Day Proclamation <br /> Mayor Roe read the Arbor Day Proclamation, proclaiming April 26, 2019 as Ro- <br /> seville Arbor Day. <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, naming April 26, 2019 Arbor Day in Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b.
