(Attachment D) <br /> entitled, "Resolution Supporting Legislation to Alter the State of Minnesota Local <br /> Government Aid Formula," as amended to include the Whereas as discussed. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Groff thought this Resolution was going to be more applicable to <br /> what happens this year in the Legislature. He thought he had enough information <br /> to address this Resolution but felt the other Resolution was not enough infor- <br /> mation for him. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> 8. Approve Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior <br /> to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the <br /> Council packet. <br /> a. Approve March 11,2019 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, approval of the March 11, 2019 City Council Meet- <br /> ing Minutes as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 9. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council <br /> Action(RCA) dated March 25, 2019 and related attachments. <br /> a.
