Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission Minutes <br />March 20, 2019 –Draft Minutes <br />Page 18of 18 <br />757 Commissioner Peterson stated she voiced her concerns to the City Council and <br />758 recommended the rest of the Commission do the same because this is concerning to <br />759 her. <br />760 <br />761 Mr. Trudgeon stated recruitment and the process is something the City needs to work <br />762 on. <br />763 <br />764 Chair Beltmann statedshe would email the City Council and let the Council know her <br />765 recommendation was coming from her and not the Commission as a whole and she <br />766 still has some thinking to do for her personally if she feels like right now is a good <br />767 time to add people or not. Wherever she comes down on that, it is her personal <br />768 opinion and not necessarily the opinion of the Commission as a whole.
