<br />of Aldine Place obj ected to the vacating of .f:,his road. The)' said tìlat it is peor
<br />p:a!".rling unless an egres~ is provirled for as well 2S an ingress to an;r plats.

<br />not agree vdth the objections brought forth by the opr-osition. It was suggested

<br />The clerk read a letter from Margolis Fruit Stand on the corner of
<br />Lexington and Larpenteur requesting 3. perl'lrlt to do some repairs on the temporary
<br />structure located in that corner.They stated in the letter that they were not
<br />aware that they hreached any of the ordinances of the Village when they extended
<br />the structure behond the existing lines of the building and they are ready to
<br />remedy the situation. It was discovered that they are encroaching Lexington Ave
<br />and Larpenteur Ave right-of-ways. HaJrtIIlersten moved,seconèed by Mueller that if
