(a) The parties acknowledge that as a part of the Project Work it will be necessary, and <br /> the City shall have the right, to remove trees, bushes, sod, landscaping, plantings and <br /> other vegetation from the Permanent and Temporary Easement Areas. <br /> (b) The parties further acknowledge that a portion of Grantor's private fence will be <br /> relocated by Grantor in conjunction with the City's Project. The parties will <br /> coordinate to schedule the fence removal and the Project Work in an efficient and <br /> effective manner. If the Grantor's fence relocation causes the Project Work to be <br /> delayed, then upon notice given by the City to the Grantor the expiration date of the <br /> Temporary Construction Easement will be extended by the period of such delay.
