EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of May 2019 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, Groff, and Mayor Roe. <br /> and the following were absent: Etten, Wilimus (arrived late). <br /> Council Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO.11598 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED SHADE TREE CORNER PLAT (PF18-022) <br /> WHEREAS, on January 7, 2019, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution No. 11568 <br /> approving the proposed subdivision variance and preliminary plat, then tentatively named Simonsen <br /> Estates, as well as the requested variance from the standard minimum lot depth requirement, with the <br /> condition that 16.5 feet of additional Hamline Avenue right-of-way be dedicated pursuant to Ramsey <br /> County's Major Street Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on behalf of the property owner, Maria Simonsen, Shade Tree Construction, Inc. <br /> has submitted a valid application for final approval of the proposed Shade Tree Corner plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Shade Tree Corner plat is assigned Ramsey <br /> County Parcel Identification Number 10-29-23-12-0035, and is legally described as: <br /> The West 291 feet of the North 108.9 feet of the South 258.9 feet of the North Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter Southwest of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed final plat submitted by the applicant is substantively consistent with <br /> the preliminary plat that was reviewed and approved by the City Council; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed Shade Tree Corner final plat of the residential property at 2600 Hamline Avenue,based on the <br /> public record and City Council deliberation, with the condition that 16.5 feet of additional Hamline <br /> Avenue right-of-way be dedicated pursuant to Ramsey County's Major Street Plan <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Laliberte, <br /> and Roe and the following voted against: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
