EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of May 2019 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, Groff, and Mayor Roe. <br /> and the following were absent: Etten, Willmus (arrived late). <br /> Council Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11599 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TWIN VIEW FIRST ADDITION <br /> MINOR PLAT (PF19-005) <br /> WHEREAS, Ryan Companies US, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, Dorso Building Co., <br /> has submitted a valid application for approval of the proposed Twin View First Addition minor plat of <br /> the property at 2814 Cleveland Avenue, including two unaddressed parcels to the north; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Twin View First Addition plat is assigned <br /> Ramsey County Parcel Identification Numbers 04-29-23-32-0001, -0002, and -0003, and is legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block A, Twin View, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br /> Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council held the duly noticed public hearing for this application <br /> on May 20, 2019; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed Twin View First Addition plat based on the public record and the City Council's deliberation, <br /> and with the following conditions: <br /> A) The applicant shall dedicate and grant drainage, utility, and right-of-way easements <br /> pursuant to the pertinent resolutions considered concurrently with this application. <br /> B) The applicant shall enter into a public improvement contract regarding the construction of a <br /> sidewalk along Cleveland Avenue and a pathway along County Road C2. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> Graf aliiberte,and Roe and the following voted against: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
