WHEREAS, through adoption of this Resolution the Roseville City Council intends to provide <br /> clarity as to what public financing policies apply throughout the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br /> rescinds the 2008 Twin Lake Redevelopment Area Public Financial Participation Framework <br /> adopted by Resolution 10604 and the 1996 Tax Increment Policy adopted by motion. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Laliberte, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Laliberte, and <br /> Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
