findings as to the compliance of the proposed acquisition or disposal with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes § 462.356, Subd. 2 further provides that the City <br /> Council may, by resolution adopted by two-thirds vote, dispense with the requirements of <br /> Minnesota Statutes § 462.356, Subd. 2, when in its judgment it finds that the proposed <br /> acquisition or disposal of real property has no relationship to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council finds the <br /> proposed disposal and acquisition of real property interests has no relationship to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan and hereby dispenses with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes § <br /> 462.356, Subd. 2. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council Member Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor: Groff, Laliberte, Willmus and Mayor Roe and the following voted against: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
