Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order^approx ately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Mar Culver called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 Present: Chair Brian Cihace ; Vice Chair Joe a h Woz ;and Members <br />6 Michael Joyce, Nancy Misra, StephHammer, nd Karen Huiett <br />7 hk <br />8 Absent: Member ricer (Exc d) <br />9 <br />10 Staff Present: Publi orks Dir or Ma Iver; Civil Engineer Luke <br />11 Sandstrom, and En enta ialist Ryan Johnson <br />12 <br />13 Chair Cihace asked e members of the Comm to introduce themselves to <br />14 each other. <br />15 <br />16 Huiett reviewed her work history and background with the Commission. <br />17 <br />18 '(ember <br />ember Wozniak, Chair Cihacek, and Members Misra and Joyce reviewed their <br />19 rk history and background. <br />20 <br />21 Member Hammer viewed her work history and background with the <br />22 Commission. <br />23 <br />24 2. Public Co <br />25 Ms. Tammv cGehee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane <br />26 Ms. McGehee stated she went to the City Council meeting last night and the <br />27 Council rescinded the old ERW which she did not think did what the City wanted <br />28 it to do anyway. She suggested to the Council last night that the PWETC should <br />29 try to put together some sort of checklist that is for the whole City, any kind of <br />30 development, the kinds of things the City is looking for in terms of stormwater, <br />31 insulation, green building, new urbanism, consideration about traffic. All of the <br />32 kinds of things the City talks about towards sustainability and for long term growth <br />33 that is real and real green things. There is this myth that all of these other agencies <br />34 have the staff to go out and check to make sure things are happening correctly which <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
