EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 3rd day of June 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe and the following were absent: None Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11606 RESOLUTION REQUESTING A VARIANCE FROM CITY CODE SECTION 405.03, HOURLY RESTRICTION ON CERTIN OPERATIONS FOR THE COUNTY ROAD C RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. WHEREAS, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc., is the general contractor for Ramsey County's County Road C Reconstruction project on County Road C west of 35W; and WHEREAS, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc., has requested a noise variance from the City for performing night work associated with their work; and WHEREAS, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc., has requested to extend working hours on the project begin work at 6 AM each day, Monday through Saturday in order to reduce the overall time of construction and impacts to traffic and local businesses; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that by the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the variance from City Code 405.03, Hourly Restrictions on Certain Operations for the County Road C Reconstruction Project, with the exception to Long Lake Road north of County Road C, is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Laliberte and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe, and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
