EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 17th day of June, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff, and Roe and the following were absent: None Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11611 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEPUTY REGISTRAR REIMBURSEMENT GRANT WHEREAS, the 2019 Legislature authorized reimbursement grants for Minnesota Deputy Registrars for the reimbursement of excess costs associated with the recent rollout of the Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS); and WHEREAS, the amount of the grant for the City of Roseville (Deputy Registrar 118) is $281,509.93; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to accept the grant on behalf of the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville authorizes the city's Deputy Registrar Appointee(Pam Ryan Senden, License Center Manager) to sign the liability release on behalf of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that said grant is hereby accepted and the liability release is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten. and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff, and Roe and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
