EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 17th day of June, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff, and Roe The following members were absent: None Councilmember Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11613 APPROVING THE REVOCATION AND DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID (MSA) ROADS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville is the official governing body of the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that revisions hereinafter described shall be made to the City's Municipal State Aid Streets system under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,Minnesota: 1. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are,revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota: a. MSAS 223 —Minnesota Avenue, Highway 36 to Western Avenue(0.35 existing miles) b. MSAS 260—Perimeter Drive, Prior Avenue to Highway 36 Service Drive (0.27 existing miles) 2. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota: a. MSAS 223 - Minnesota Avenue/Lovell Avenue, Dale Street to Western Avenue(0.57 new miles) 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for the Commissioner's consideration. The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, Etten, Willmus, Groff, and Roe, and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
