<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of, <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9892 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIX-FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04BIA <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RICHARD ZAUN, 3116 WEST OW ASSO <br />BOULEVARD (PF 3296) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Richard Zaun has requested a six foot variance from Section 703.04Bla of <br />the Roseville City Code in coordination with City's Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Zaun' s property is located at 3116 West Owasso Boulevard and legally <br />described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 10, except the north five feet thereof, Lake Owasso Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />(PID # 022923110011). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04Bla requires a 26 foot maximum driveway apron width in <br />the public right-of-way; ,and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mr. Zaun's existing driveway is 32 feet in width to access the existing <br />detached garage and access drive towards the home; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Zaun and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on findings <br />outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/12/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Richard <br />Zaun a six-foot variance from Section 703.04Bla of the Roseville City Code based on the <br />findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
