The voting on these matters was postponed to September 27th,1949 not having 4/5 of the members of the Council present. A petition from property owners on Ruggles St,East of Lexington Ave was read requesting a DEAD END sign on Ruggles and Lexington Ave and an arc light on Ruggles East of Lexington Ave. Mueller moved, seconded by Hæmnersten to order a DEAD END sign and have it installed.Roll Call:Ayes-(3),Nays-(0).
