<br />The Village Council met on the a"bove date with the following members nresent:
<br />Mueller,Hammersten,MeMbrez (3),Carlson and Pothen were a"bsent (2). Frank Leinen,
<br />Treasurer and George Powell,attorney were also present.
<br />
<br />The Clerk read the minutes of meeting of Novem"ber 1st and on motion by
<br />Ham!I1ersten, seconded by Mueller, they were apnroved as read. Roll Call:Ayes-(3)Nays-(0).
<br />
<br />Mrs Schmitz,residing on Dellwood Ave complained aòout dogs. She felt that
<br />something be done about regttlations to prevent further damages to urouerty owners
<br />from loose dogs. The mayor nromised to check with other communities as to regulations
<br />through ordinances.
<br />
<br />Mueller moved, seconded by Hammersten that As"bury St,North of Ryan Ave "be
<br />taken over by the Village for maintenance. Roll Call:Ayes-(~),Nays-(O).
<br />
<br />Mueller moved, seconded by HamJnersten that Council members be authori zed to
<br />attend the conference of Municiryalities at the Lowry Hotel with exnenses for meals
<br />to be paid by the Village.Roll Call:Ayes-(~),Nays (0).

<br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Mueller that the following resolution be adopted:
<br />"Resol ved that for the Munici ual election of December ôth,1949 and all
<br />s~bsèquent municinal elections,the polls shall ODen at 9:00 o'clock A,M. and
<br />remain oryen until 8 o'clock P.M.

<br />Ha~ersten moved, seconded by Mueller to auurove the' above list to serve
<br />at the annual village election on December 6th,1949.Roll Call:Ayes-(3),Nays-(0).
