M. <br /> <br />98 <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville met on the above date with the followir.g members <br />present:Mueller,na!Jmersten,Carlson,1!Tillmus and Membrez.Ira Karon attorney and F.Leinen <br />tresurer were also present. <br />The clerk read the minutes of meeting of Dec.20tb,and on motion bJ' Harnmersten,seconded <br />by Carlson they were approved as read.Roll Call:~ves-(5),Nays-(0). <br />Mr.Otto Ashbach and his son Robert presented some literature on Gunnison prefabricated <br />homes and they urge the Council to make provisions to allow them to build a few of these <br />homes ::;0 that they be determine whether or not the public will e.ccept them. Mayor MuelJ er <br />promised to look into the matter. <br />The application fÐDmJoe Koalska for the job of Roaàoverseer for the Village of Rosevill <br />for the ensuing year was read by the clerk. Hammersten moved, seconded by Carlson that <br />Joe Koalska be appointed Roadoverseer for the ensuing year with compenàation to be the <br />same as last year.Roll Call:Ayes;(5),Nays-(0). <br />Mueller moved, seconded by Willmus that George Guligowski be appointed janitor for t.he <br />ensuing year on the basis of $35.00 per month.Roll Call: þ.yes-( 0 )Nays-( ()). <br />Mueller moved, seconded by Hammersten to authorize the clerk to hire the services of <br />an appraiser from the Real Estate Board to appraise the Village Hall for the purpose <br />of establishing a value and settle accordingly with the Village of FaIson Heights. <br />Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br />H~~ersten moved, seconded by Mueller that the Treasurer's bond be written on the <br />basis of $6,000.00.Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br />Mueller moveà, seconded by Carlson that the balance èue the County Surveyor for the <br />maintenance of Village roads be paid out of County Aid fund òue the Village in 1950. <br />Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(O). <br />Mueller moved, seconded by Willmus that the following bills be paid:Roll Call; <br />Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br />Walter S.Eooth &Son 3.20 Geo.Guligowski <br />" " 3.25 Northern states Pow. <br />N.W.Eell Tel.Co 10.52 Inter City Printing <br />" " 13.45 Geo.A.Membrez <br />Harry Carlson 35.00 Nic pothen <br />Ira Karon 100.00 <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Hammersten that meeting be continued to Friday,Jan.13th <br />at 8 O'clock P.M. for exænination of the clerk's financial report of 1949.
