<br />-~ DO <br /> <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSÐ!ILLE <br />Regular meeting, Tuesday Jamlary 17th,1950 <br /> <br />--------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville met on the above date at 2 o'clock P.M. <br />with the following members present.Mue11er,Hæn~ersten,Wi1lmus,Carlson ~ Membrez. <br />Ira Karon,attorney and Frank Leinen,Treasurer were also present. The minutes of <br />meeting of Jan.3rd and continued to Jari.13th,1950 were read byothe Clerk ~nd on <br />motion by Hæruaersten,seconded by Mueller that they be approved a~ read.Roll Call: <br />Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br />The bids for publication for the ensuing year for the Village of Roseville <br />were opened. <br />Saint Paul Legal Ledger quoted a~ follows: <br />65 cents per folio for first insertion <br />30 " " " for each subsequent insertion <br />30 " " " addidion21 for tabular matter. <br />Owing to the fact that it was t.he only bid received,Mueller moved,seconrleè <br />by WïlL'I1us that the Village of Roseville publications be giyen to the St.Paul <br />Legal Ledger for the ensuing year.Ro~l Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(O). <br />A letter from Falcon Heights Village was read.The content of the letter was <br />a notice to terminate all obligations in the me.intenance of the Village Hall due to <br />the fact that their own hall was now being used for t.heir meetings. The Clerk was <br />intructed to notify them that they could not cease all responsibilities as they still <br />have an interest in the property. <br />Ha!;l.rnersten moved,sAconèed by ::Iueller that the Y>'3so1ution be arl.opted, designating <br />st Anthony Park state Bank as depositaries for the funds of the Village of ROf'eville <br />and approving deposits of ~20,OOO.OO - 2% U.S.Treasury Bonds expiring l2-l5-1'ì~2 to <br />1954 as ~ecurity for such funcis.
