1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Minger Construction for $613,500.00 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br /> above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br /> approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all proposers <br /> the deposits made with their proposals except the deposits of the successful proposer <br /> and the next best valued proposer shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:, Willmus, Laliberte, <br /> Groff, Etten and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
