WHEREAS, any additional cost overruns encountered during this project would be the <br /> full responsibility of the City of Roseville. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the bids solicited for the Fairview Trunk Underground <br /> Storm Water Reuse Project shall be rejected. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:, <br /> Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br />
