Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission Minutes <br />June 12, 2019 <br />Page 19 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Djevi stated this past Saturday he was at the Rice Street garden and ran into the <br />City Manager there and he was handing out information about the bus circulator information. <br /> <br />Ms. Olson stated the City Manager said that was absolutely the type of engagement the City <br />needs to be doing and is very intense because there is only a certain amount of people that can be <br />talked to in a certain time. He loved it and thought it was good for him. <br /> <br />Commissioner Djevi stated he talked to the City Manager and thought it was good to see him <br />there but something the Commission should be doing which is really engaging. Hopefully, going <br />forward that is something the Commission can be doing. He thought if the Commission can, <br />have a field trip to the garden. <br /> <br />Future Agenda Items <br />a. Census discussion for August <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Commissioner Peterson moved and Commissioner Djevi seconded a motion to adjourn.
