<br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br />Meeting,Tuesday,June 6th,lQ50 at 2 PM <br /> <br />1.1.5 <br /> <br />The Village Council raet on the above date in a regular session with the <br />following members present:Mueller,Hanunersten,Wllmus,Carleon,Hembrez. VÜnen <br />treasurer and Geo.Powell,Attorney were also present. <br />The clerk read the minutes of May 16th and Hay 23rd meetings and on motion <br />by Muell~r,seconded by Carlson they were approved as read.Roll Call:Ayes-(Ø)Na:rs-(O). <br />Mrs Evans,2177 West Coµnty Road B suggssted that a speed limit sign of 30 MPH <br />should be installed on County Road B. She said that the cars are going too fast and <br />W1safe for children.Mueller pror.ri.sed to check with the County as it is a County Road. <br />Mr.Swanson submitted a petition requesting the rezoning of the following <br />described property fDom Residence A District to Business District: <br />liThe South 584 fect of the North 767 feet of the East 229.27 fe~t <br />nof the Southeast i of the SouthEast t of Sect.15,Town 29,Range 23. <br />"Village of Roseville,Hamsey County. <br />Mueller moved,seconded by Hammersten that petition be accepted and that P~blic <br />Hearing be had on the matter on June 20th,1950 at 2 P.M. in the Villag~ Hall. <br />Carlson moved,seconded by Hanunersten to authorize the ~~ilding Inspector <br />to issue a permit providing set-back of 30 feet minimum from both highways is observed <br />for r:the constr'Jction of a building on the NorthEast corner of Lexington and Larpenteur <br />accordir)g to plans submitted by Sauers Construction Co.Roll Call:Ayes-(5)Nays-(0). <br />Robert H.Greer asked for a special permit to live in the basement of a home he <br />Fropose to build on the East 80 feet of the West 160 feet of Lot 5,Fairway's Subdiv. <br />Hammersten moved,seconded by Carlson that a permit be issueð for 6 months from the <br />date hereof.Roll Call:AyesO(5),Nays-(0). <br />Mueller moved,seconded bJ' Willmu~ that a cooler 5~ feet No.SP2788 be purchased <br />at the cost of $344.00 from for the li~lor store on Dale ~~d <br />L[;.I'F€ntexur J"ve.Roll Call :Ayes-( 5') ,Na~rs-( C). <br />Carlson moved,seconded by Haœmersten that Leinen Plat #2 be accepted.
