EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22nd day of July, 2019, at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Etten, Groff, and Mayor Roe <br /> And the following members were absent: Laliberte and Willmus. <br /> Council member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11624 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE OF THE <br /> 2018 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on November 6, 2017, Veit & <br /> Company, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the Sanitary <br /> Sewer Main Lining Project contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br /> shall commence on July 22, 2019. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Groff and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Etten, Groff, and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
