<br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSElTIlLE <br />Heeting, Tuesday ,July _18th,1950 a~~!M__ <br /> <br />I-tbO <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the follo,ving members present: <br />Mueller , Hrunmersten, 1'lillmus, Carlson,:,~embrez .Frank Leinen, treasurer and Bob Carley,Eng. <br />were also present. <br />The Clerk read the minutes of the previous meetings and on motion by ~leller,sec. <br />by Carlson they were approved as read.Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(O). <br />Blue prints of an office building that Sauers Construction Co are proposing to <br />build on Larpenteur Ave between the Ramsey County èi tch and Fernwood Ave were subrni tted <br />b;y the Building Inspector.HaInmersterm moved, seconded by Carlson to authorize the <br />B~ilèing Inspector to issue a building perait as per blue prints submitted.Roll Call: <br />Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br />Carlson moved, seconded by Hammersten to order the grade established by Carley of <br />Fernwood Ave between Larpenteur Ave and Garden Ave.Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br />The Road Overseer having examined the roads in T.M.Connor Plat and reporting that <br />they are graded in a satisfactory manner,Carlson moved, seconded by Mueller that the <br />roads in the T.M.Connor Addition be accepted for maintenance.Roll Call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(0) <br />Edward Willmus requested a permit to allow dead storage in the buildings called <br />Arden Farm,located on North Hamline Ave for a period of 5 years.
