Consider Request For Tax Increment Assistance By Dominium For <br /> Redevelopment Of 1705, 1717, 1743, and 1755 County Road C, Known As <br /> The Boater's Outlet Property <br /> Housing and Economic Development Program Manager Jeanne Kelsey <br /> provided a brief summary of this request as detailed in the staff report and <br /> attachments dated July 15, 2019. <br /> Community Development Director Janice Gundlach presented the Twin Lakes <br /> II redevelopment and infrastructure improvements. <br /> Mr. Dan Regan, Launch Properties and Mr. Ryan Lunderby with Dominium <br /> provided an overview of the proposed project. <br /> Member Willmus stated with regard to the piping of the existing ditch with a <br /> possible greenway, he would be supportive of that but would like to see some <br />
