EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of August 2019 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Council Members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe; and <br /> none were absent. <br /> Council Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11630 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED FAIRVIEW AVENUE ADDITION <br /> FINAL PLAT (PF19-016) <br /> WHEREAS, Reuter Walton Development, LLC and TJL Development, LLC have 11 submitted a <br /> valid application for approval of a proposed Fairview Avenue Addition final plat of the property at 2720 <br /> Fairview Avenue on behalf of the property owners, Pinecone Roseville, LLC and 2720 Fairview DFC, <br /> LLC; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Fairview Avenue Addition plat is assigned <br /> Ramsey County Parcel Identification Number 04-29-23-43-0002, and is legally described as: <br /> The South 480 feet of the North 1926 feet of that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, <br /> Township 29, Range 23, lying West of the East 2075 feet thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS the proposed final plat conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br /> Roseville zoning and subdivision codes and is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; <br /> and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed Fairview Avenue Addition final plat,based on the public record and City Council deliberation, <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> a. The applicant shall amend the existing easement for the drainage ditch to account for the <br /> culverting of the ditch and the construction of a pedestrian/cycling corridor on top of the culvert. <br /> b. The applicant shall dedicate pathway easement(s), where necessary, to accommodate the <br /> required 8-foot pathway along Fairview Avenue. <br /> c. Prior to the issuance of any City permits for the development of Lot 1, Block 1, Fairview Avenue <br /> Addition, a dedication of cash in lieu of park land shall be paid in the amount$508,000. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council Member Laliberte and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe; and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
