EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 26th day of August, 2019, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe; and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Laliberte introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11632 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> FOR LIBRARY ENTRANCE ROAD MODIFICATION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans <br /> and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were <br /> received on Tuesday, Augusts 20, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., opened and tabulated according to law <br /> and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> BIDDER Base Bid Alternate 1 <br /> All Phase Contracting $238,110.60 $10,152.00 <br /> Park Construction Co. $252,970.95 $10,700.00 <br /> Meyer Contracting, Inc. $260,000.50 $6,428.00 <br /> Engineer's Estimate $181,585.00 $10,000.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that All Phase Contracting, is the lowest responsible bidder at the <br /> tabulated price of$238,110.60 and; <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has concurred with the low bid and recommends approval the <br /> base bid only to the lowest responsible bidder and; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with All Phase Contracting for $238,110.60 in the name of the City of <br /> Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br /> Manager. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />
