Roseville NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on August 12,2019,at approximately 6:00 P.M.at the City Council Chambers in City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Dr.,Roseville,Minnesota,relating to the Roseville Economic Development Authority's proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Redevelopment Project No. 1 (the "Development Program Modification"),the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No.22:Twin Lakes II (the "TIF District")within Redevelopment Project No. 1,and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan (the"TIF Plan")for the TIF District(with the Development Program Modification,the"Program and Plan"),pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,469.090 to 469.1082 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794,as amended. Copies of the Program and Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Economic Development Program Manager at City Hall. The property to be included in the TIF District is located within Redevelopment Project No.1 in the City of Roseville. A map of Redevelopment Project No. 1 and the TIF District is set forth below.
