Roseville <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, <br /> will hold a public hearing on August 12,2019,at approximately 6:00 P.M.at the City Council Chambers in City Hall, <br /> 2660 Civic Center Dr.,Roseville,Minnesota,relating to the Roseville Economic Development Authority's proposed <br /> adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Redevelopment Project No. 1 (the "Development <br /> Program Modification"),the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No.22:Twin Lakes II (the <br /> "TIF District")within Redevelopment Project No. 1,and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan <br /> (the"TIF Plan")for the TIF District(with the Development Program Modification,the"Program and Plan"),pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statutes,469.090 to 469.1082 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794,as amended. Copies of the Program <br /> and Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Economic Development Program Manager <br /> at City Hall. <br /> The property to be included in the TIF District is located within Redevelopment Project No.1 in the City of Roseville. <br /> A map of Redevelopment Project No. 1 and the TIF District is set forth below.
