193 As is shown in this graph, when looking at more comprehensive comparison that factors in a broader <br />194 spectrum of needs and funding philosophies, Roseville has one of the lowest financial impacts on single- <br />195 family homes in the comparison group — approximately 15% below the peer average. <br />196 <br />197 Staff will be available at the Commission meeting to address any inquiries. <br />198 <br />199 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />200 Based on the increasing costs noted above, Staff is recommending rate adjustments as shown in the report <br />201 and attached resolution. These recommendations have been reviewed by both the Finance and Public <br />202 Works, Environment, & Transportation Commissions and they concur. Draft minutes from the <br />203 Commission meetings are included in Attachments C & D.
