226 in effect. <br />227 <br />228 SECTION 19: Interpretation of Agreement, Venue. <br />229 A. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to the laws of the State <br />230 of Minnesota. All litigation related to this Agreement shall be venued in the District Court of the <br />231 City of Ramsey, Second Judicial District, State of Minnesota. <br />232 <br />233 SECTION 20: Force Majeure. <br />234 A.
