Attachment A <br />Program Guidelines <br />Grantee as a result of this grant contract will be paid in the same manner and in no greater amount than <br />ions <br />which is incorporated into this grant contract by reference. Out of state travel must have prior written <br />approval by the OTS authorized representative. <br />Approval of Subcontracts <br />All sub-contracts must be reviewed and approved in writing by the OTS authorized representative before <br />the sub-contracting process begins. The OTS Coordinator must be provided with a copy of the sub- <br />contract. <br />Invoices from a sub-contract not approved by the OTS Coordinator may not be eligible for federal <br />reimbursement. <br />Evaluation and Monitoring <br />OTS shall have the authority to evaluate and monitor the performance and financial records of the grantee. <br />Risk Assessment: <br />The federal government requires a pre-award risk assessment for all grant applications. The Office of Traffic <br />Safety has a section within the E-grants application to provide the information needed from applying <br />agencies, in order to complete the risk assessment. <br />Federal and State Provisions <br />This grant agreement is subject to all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations, including, but not <br />limited to the following: <br /> <br />
