RCA Attachment C <br />Althoughwehopetocapturetheattentionoftheseemployeesbymarketingdirectlytothem,wedo <br />notintendtodisruptanycurrenttrafficpatterns.Wewillnotmoveanyofparkinglotentrancesand <br />exits.Inaddition,thesizeoftheparkinglotwillofferampleparkingforourguestsandthecapacityof <br />aurant.Therefore,weforeseeanyissueswithdisruptingourneighboringbusinessor <br />therest <br />utilizinganyoftheirparkinglots.Also,becausetherestaurantisanexistingcommercialspaceandwas <br />formallyarestaurant,wefeelouraddedtrafficwilladdanyexcessiveburdentothearea. <br />ThetrafficreportsuppliedbytheRealtorsPropertyResource,LLCstatesthattheestimateddailytraffic <br />onSnellingAve(StateHwy51)isanywherebetween30,001and50,000.Itisoneofthebusiestroadsin <br />n <br />thearea.Inadditiontothis,StateHwy36(1.2mileaway)hasestimateddailytrafficcountsbetwee <br />88,000and92,000andInterstate35W(1.5mileaway)hasanestimateddailytrafficcountbetween <br />106,000and139,000.Wedonotfeelthatourrestaurantwillhaveanyimpactonanyofthesemajor <br />highways. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br />
